Cleansing the Body of Negative Energies

You will need the following: 1 White Candle 1 Black Candle 1 Green Candle The White candle is for Positive Energy. The Black Candle is for Negative Energy. The Green Candle is for Healing. Clear your mind and Light the White Candle and say the following: Mother Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Spirit; I ask thee to Cleanse my body of all negative energies. Light the Black Candle and repeat the same words as before. Then after that Light the Green Candle and say the following: Mother Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Spirit; I ask the to Free and heal my body from all negative forces. Blessed be!! You must do this in a quiet room somewhere that you will not be disturbed. After doing this sit back, keep your mind clear and relax for 15 minutes. Afterwards you will feel fresh and renewed. I recommend doing this once a week. You will feel a lot better and you body will be healthier.

Cleansing the Spirit

As a white candle shining bright, incense burns should any tell. So then is all our relations, come forth, all is well. From north, to east, south, and west, the four directions of trials and test. I close thy eyes and so rest, work is still to be done, shall we do our best. So mote it be now as we see. Blessed be as ye be, go in peace. Take one white candle and and two bowls or censers and feel them with sand. Next put two pieces of round charcoal and powdered incense. I use Astral incense. Remember the words to the spell and when you come to the part where you close your eyes, do so and close your eyes. Keep repeating until you feel relaxed and in a meditative state of mind. Invoke the spirits. Invoke Jesus who is the son of God and the Goddess. Ask Jesus to help if things are confusing.

Emotional Healing

This is a spell I had made to bestow power on certain items and such things like that. Use this spell wisely. Go somewhere quiet and so no one can disturb your work, get items or any other such things, unless its yourself, then lay the items/other in front of you. Meditate until you feel centered enough to go on. Now you slowly wave your hands in front of the items or yourself, and chant, "Let these items/me have bestowed, a power which will grow and grow, to be bestowed upon the items or yourself> Gods, Goddess' hear my plea, bestow the power on these items three/me, an offering from you to me. Blessed be" Now you can offer the earth or the Gods anything you seem suitable as an offering, and tell them that your offering is a gift in return they can give you that power you wish to possess.

Sun Energy Ritual

A not very well known magic that I practice is Ayana Nakure (a-ya-na na-kure-ae) magic, or Sun magic. For those who possess the magic of the light and fire. Those elements must be combined to do this right, if not you are not ready. You must gather something of the earth, water, wind, yourself (hair or something like that), fire (ash's work), and light (hardest ingredient. It's more of a personal call because it can be a necklace or a firefly. It must be something however that you can carry close to you, always). You must combine all of them, using a pestle or something like it, and taking the juice out of it. Next you let sit in a clear class bowl (plain with absolutely no designs or anything on it) sit in direct sunlight for one hour. Then dip your chosen light object into it and say while realizing your mind and focusing only on the words. Darkness shall be forth ward If it shall win, honor shall be the cost Fire be with as my guide Light renew the lost Then save the liquid you have in a container somewhere very safe. The ritual must be done with the same liquid every year. Plus you must always wear the light item.

 Simple House Clearing and Blessing Ritual

It's best to have more than one person performing the clearing and blessing, for the synergy makes the process exponentially more powerful. You'll no doubt have lots of friends about over the holidays, so ask if they would help you to prepare your house for the new year! This ritual is best undertaken when moving into a new dwelling, or in an existing dwelling if such a ritual was never undertaken when you moved in. Over time, your own energy will naturally charge the things and places that you are in continued contact with.

The more adept your friends or partners are at working with energy, the better. The women who helped me, for instance, were artists, healers and spiritual counselors. They wove powerful magic! If you don't know anyone who would be good for the job, you might try calling up an energy worker or healer and ask if they provide this kind of service.

Begin by sitting in a circle and discussing your intentions. Talk about what you desire to achieve, and how you plan to go about it. (Read through the ritual and make sure everyone knows the plan!) Establish a sense of cooperation, love and harmony.

Take white rags, natural brooms, or anything else that you feel drawn to as a symbolic cleansing "tool," and walk all through the house, chanting or singing about how you are clearing away the old. Visualize this old energy returning to the earth or to the sun to be recycled. You can prepare something to read in advance about this, or you can simply allow everyone to contribute as they feel moved. It might sound something like this:

"We clear this home of all that has gone before..."

"We clear away the old, we wash away all that lingers here..."

"It is blank, and clear, and rich with potential..." etc...

You can have one person drumming a beat as you go along, and everyone singing or chanting or talking out loud to get the team focused on the same intention in a powerful way. Move through the house, pretending to "clean" the energy, and then after you've gone all through the house, go to a door and pretend to sweep out all you've collected, and to shake out your rags and otherwise "cleanse" your tools. Wipe your hands, and affirm that now the space is clear and clean, it is done.

Walk through the house a second time celebrating the clean energy, appreciating how clear your home now is. Feel the difference, and affirm it. Imagine this clarity and pure potential expanding out past the four walls, into the yard, and to the edges of the property. Imagine bright white or iridescent light filling the property, and breathe deep of this pure potential with gratitude and satisfaction.

Now walk through the home a third time singing a song of love, joy and appreciation. You can make up your own song as you go along, or sing a song such as "Amazing Grace" or any other uplifting and inspiring song. Sing or chant of all the things you wish in your home: of abundance, love, good friends, good health, warmth, and comfort. Do not focus on protecting your home or on anything you don't want. Simply establish that this is a safe, warm, secure home, and only those people or influences in harmony with this love and joy will enter, and they will enter abundantly. Sing, dance, and celebrate this overflowing positive energy as it swells and fills the dwelling. You can tone, dance or drum to raise more energy to feed this fire. The point is to get everyone powerfully focused upon and feeling this joyful energy.

When this part of the ritual naturally dies down, gives thanks, celebrate, break bread, drink wine or pure water, and smile with the knowing that your home is newly invigorated with beautiful and joyful energy.
